Our 3 Bedroom Florida Holiday Rental Villa is situated in Oak Point, Davenport (nr Kissimmee), Orlando, Florida. Near to Disney World. Only 15 minutes drive from the gates.

We have now changed our 4 bedroom villa to a 3 bedroom villa by adding a fully fitted air conditioned games room. Also we added a separate pump to the spa section of the pool turning this into a jacuzzi for that extra luxury.

We have installed a 52″ wide screen TV in the villa too, which will soon be featuring ENGLISH PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL, RUGBY AND MANY MORE SPORTS.

We are always looking to improve our home year on year and we believe these changes will probably make it the most desirable 3 bed villa in the Disney area.

Our Florida Holiday Home has been completely upgraded in December 2007 to the highest standards and is fully air conditioned throughout. The villa has 2 Queen size beds, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

The master suite comprises of a Queen size bed, T.V. and video, complete with a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and walk in wardrobe housing a private safe. The master suite leads out to the magnificent fully screened heated swimming pool for that early morning dip.

The second and third bedrooms also contain a T.V and video in each, (1 Queen size and 1 Twin) are separated by the second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, both bathrooms provide a double sink unit and vanity lighting.

The fourth room is our NEWLY FITTED AIR CONDITIONED GAMES ROOM. Which contains a pool table, bar soccer, air hockey, electronic darts, T.V, video and a PC with FREE 24/7 access to the internet and ALL THIS IS AT NO EXTRA COST.

We also provide 2 full size cribs/cots as well as high chairs if required at no extra cost.

Utilities
The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted and has every appliance that anyone could need including full size electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee station, blender and enormous fridge freezer with automatic icemaker for those chilled beers and soft drinks. There’s a separate laundry room which houses a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

Everything You Need To Relax
There are two dining areas one in the kitchen and the other in the entrance room for those special dinners. There is a 99 channel cable television situated in both the living room and master bedroom. There is also a video recorder and DVD player in the living room where you can relax on the luxuriously comfortable corner suite settee and unwind after a day of fun packed action. There are a range of videos supplied and others can be bought or hired locally.

A telephone is installed and available to guests to use without charge for all calls anywhere in the world with no limits.

The villa is set in a quarter of acre of land and was originally used as a Show/Model Home. Its situated in the most perfect location within the Oak Point residential community, the corner plot, close to the community entrance giving the villa the most sort after position for access and with the rear of the villa overlooked by nothing other than a conservation area privacy is also a main feature.

The 30 foot private pool and jacuzzi spa bath are heated by two means, solar which keeps the temperature perfect for those summer months and electric for days when it requires assistance to maintain a constant enjoyable temperature for that early morning dip or to help you relax with a late evening soak, and its accessible from three different locations in the villa.

The pool area has also been perfectly angled south facing to allow maximum sunshine whilst maintaining enough shaded areas for those who prefer to escape the direct sunlight. Its perfect for those days when you just want to relax and chill out with an ice cold beer, read a book, listen to music or even enjoy an evening meal outdoors and let the world go by without you.

There is enough furniture for all occupants and the flood-lit pool offers a lovely view both day and night. Government standard security alarms are fitted to all three access points and as this a Florida State Law all efforts have been made to ensure the safety of younger visitors who may want to sneak in the pool when Mum or Dad aren’t looking.

Davenport is situated on route 192 and has an abudance of shopping & dining options from ‘fastfood to a’la carte‘ you’ll be spoilt for choice. From the fast food main stays such as Pizza Hut and a McDonalds and more US based Perkins, Denny’s, Bob Evans and Wendys Old Fashioned Hamburgers. To more exotic dining at Outback (Australian), Carrabbas (Italian serving pizza, pasta, fresh fish & steaks, very popular and reasonably priced), Passageto India (Indian), Green Leaf Chinese Restaurant (Chinese also deliver), Giordano’s, Red Lobster (Sea Food), Dairy Queen, Taco Bells. Places like the Ponderosa & Golden Corral offer all you can eat buffet at very reasonable prices, great if you’ve got kids and they want to try a bit of everything.
